What is your return policy?
We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or defective. If something isn’t quite right, reach out within 7 days of delivery.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Do you offer matching sets?
Several of our styles are designed to match or coordinate well together, making it easy to create a matching (or not-quite-matching) look for twins. We love letting families decide what matching means to them.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but once an order is in process, changes may not be possible.
What sizes are your hats?
Our hats are measured by head circumference in centimeters. Each size listed below represents the smallest fit of the hat, measured with the snap closure secured all the way closed.

Scout-52cm
Ranger-55cm
The adjustable snap closure at the back allows approximately 2.5cm of additional room beyond the listed measurement. For the best fit, measure your child's head around the widest part, just above the eyebrows and around the back of the head. Choose the size closest to that measurement, and, if in between sizes, size up.
How do I care for my hats?
Do not machine wash! If it does get sweaty or dirty, simply hand wash with cold water in the sink and hang to dry.
