Return Policy

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@twintribe.com.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue.  If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.  Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.  If we determine that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
